Al Rowad Qatari Development Program

Through our Al Rowad Qatari Development Program we aim to attract, develop and retain Qatari graduates. The program combines class room based and online learning with on the job hands on experience to equip candidates with the relevant skills to begin a career in Shari’ah compliant Private Banking.

Acceptance Criteria

• Recent university graduates or students in their final year at university
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0
• Major in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics preferred
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken

• Send completed form together with copies of passport/ID, current GPA scores/transcript, and graduation certificate for graduates to [email protected]
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to schedule either a telephone or an in person interview.
• Selected candidates will be called to QFB offices for detailed assessment, including technical skills, aptitude testing and English language competency.
